President - Curt Rose
Curt Rose is an Associate with the law firm of West & Rose concentrating primarily in insurance defense litigation. He received a J.D. from The Appalachian School of Law where he served as an Ambassador for the school. He graduated from East Tennessee State University where he served as Vice President of Sigma Phi Epsilon and as an Associate Justice for the Student Government Association. He is a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for The Appalachian School of Law and lives in Kingsport with his wife, Jenny.

Vice President, Membership Development - Bryan Boyd
Bryan Boyd was born in Memphis while his father, Dr. Arthur Boyd, was in medical school at The University of Tennessee Memphis. Before Bryan’s first birthday, Dr. Boyd relocated his family back to his hometown of Kingsport, and started his first partnership medical practice, Holston Medical Group. Dr. Boyd was a member of the Kingsport Jaycees from 1966-1968. In January of 2007, Bryan decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and joined the Kingsport Jaycees. Bryan is employed as an Account Specialist with Taylor Brands, LLC, one of the largest manufacturing and distribution companies in Kingsport. He travels to trade shows worldwide representing Taylor Brands. Bryan graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School and East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration. He is excited about the recent growth of Kingsport from the revival of the historic downtown area to the new Kingsport Pavilion along Highway 11-W. Bryan is a life-long member of First Broad Street United Methodist Church.

Vice President, Public Relations and Secretary - Sarah McMurtrie
Sarah McMurtrie was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada until moving to East Tennessee to attend Milligan College. While there she earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with emphases in management and marketing. Upon graduation, she began work as the manager of gift records and research at the Mountain States Foundation. She has been a member of the Kingsport Jaycee's since March 2007, and currently resides in Johnson City where she is a member of First Christian Church.

Director, Community Development - Melanie Lamb
Melanie M. Lamb is a native of the Tri-Cities area and returned here to practice law in 2008. Ms. Lamb focuses her practice in Business Transactions, Creditors’ Rights, Labor and Employment, Real Estate, and Estate Planning and Administration. Ms. Lamb received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2008 with a Business Transactions Concentration. While attending the College of Law, Ms. Lamb was a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. She was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and served as Community Service Chair. Ms. Lamb received a Certificate of Academic Excellence in Contract Drafting. She also took part in the College of Law’s Business Clinic representing nonprofit corporations and start-up small businesses including a Knoxville, Tennessee record label. As part of her legal education, Ms. Lamb studied international law at the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England. She received her B.S., cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University in May 2005 where she double-majored in Economics and Political Science. She lives in the Watauga Street Historic District in Kingsport with her husband Greg and their cat and Boston Terrier.

Director, Membership Development - Meghan Fain
Meghan Fain, the youngest of ten children, has lived in the Tri-Cities area the majority of her life. Given that several of her brothers and sisters are members of the Kingsport Jaycees, she decided to join shortly after finishing college. Meghan graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School in 2003. She received a Bachelor's of Science in Health & Exercise Science from Furman University in 2007, where she became a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. Meghan is employed as a Health Fitness Professional with HealthFitness, one of the leading Corporate Wellness Companies for Fortune 500 Companies in America. She currently works at Eastman Chemical Company primarily within a Work Conditioning Program called JOBFIT®. In addition, she helps with the delivery of several other Health Improvement Programs, such as Back to Basics, a Back Health Management Program. Her passion is to promote health, and thereby hopes to increase the quality and longevity of people's lives through education and preventative measures.
