President - Andrew Wampler
Andy Wampler is serving for the second time as President of the Kingsport Jaycees, having served in 2007. He is a shareholder with the law firm of Wilson, Worley, Moore, Gamble & Stout PC. He is active in the community with United Way, Providence Medical Clinic Board, Kingsport Bar Association Board, Rotary Sunrise, Kingsport Chamber of Commerce Board, Leadership Kingsport Council, and Fun Fest Council. He is also president of the Board of Directors for Boys and Girls Club and for Small Miracles Therapeutic Equestrian Center for 2010. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Kingsport. He and his wife, Jenny, have three children and live in Kingsport.

Vice President, Membership Development - Melanie Lamb
Melanie M. Lamb is a native of the Tri-Cities area and returned here to practice law in 2008. Ms. Lamb focuses her practice in Business Transactions, Creditors’ Rights, Labor and Employment, Real Estate, and Estate Planning and Administration. Ms. Lamb received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2008 with a Business Transactions Concentration. While attending the College of Law, Ms. Lamb was a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. She was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and served as Community Service Chair. Ms. Lamb received a Certificate of Academic Excellence in Contract Drafting. She also took part in the College of Law’s Business Clinic representing nonprofit corporations and start-up small businesses including a Knoxville, Tennessee record label. As part of her legal education, Ms. Lamb studied international law at the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England. She received her B.S., cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University in May 2005 where she double-majored in Economics and Political Science. She lives in the Watauga Street Historic District in Kingsport with her husband Greg and their cat and Boston Terrier.

Vice President, Personal Development - Sarah McMurtrie
Sarah McMurtrie was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada until moving to East Tennessee to attend Milligan College. While there she earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with emphases in management and marketing. Upon graduation, she began work as the manager of gift records and research at the Mountain States Foundation. She has been a member of the Kingsport Jaycee's since March 2007, and currently resides in Johnson City where she is a member of First Christian Church.

Vice President, Community Development - Travis McMurray
Travis graduated from East Tennessee State University in August 1998 earning a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Accounting. While attending ETSU, he was a student member of The Institute of Management Accountants and the Dean’s List. He began his career with Bishop, Bullard and Company, P.C. and is currently employed as an Accounting Manager with BB&T Insurance Services Inc.. Travis enjoys boating, fishing, restoring antique tractors and resides in Jonesborough with his wife Tara and daughter Piper.

Secretary - Robin Bledsoe
Robin Bledsoe is a life-long native of Kingsport. Mrs. Bledsoe received her Associate’s Degree in Sociology from Northeast State Technical Community College in 2003 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from East Tennessee State University in August 2005. While attending ETSU, she was a member of Phi Alpha Honor Society and a member of the Student Social Worker Association. She has been employed with Frontier Health since August of 2005. She lives in Kingsport with her husband, Travis, and their two dogs.

Treasurer - Aaron Duffy
Aaron is an attorney at Wilson Worley Moore Gamble & Stout. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in May 2008. While attending Vanderbilt, he was on the dean’s list and was a member of Vanderbilt’s International Moot Court Team. He served on the executive committee of the Christian Legal Society and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Society, Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, Intellectual Property Society, and the Legal Aid Society. He also served as an intern for the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He received his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in December 2002, where he majored in Computer Science. At UTC, Aaron was a member of the varsity crew team, a volunteer at St. Barnabas Nursing Home, and an intern at the Tennessee Valley Authority. Aaron lives in Johnson City with his wife, Lesley, and their son, Sam. He’s a member of Christ Community Church, Toast Masters, and he serves on the board of CASA of Northeast Tennessee.
